i've been told that it has been far to long since i have provided an update. weird.... i'm way good at blogging. not.
any who. wow... so much has been going on.
first of all, mi casa su casa has a whole new meaning...
my family basically lives out at our home. and i love it.
this is landers and i at the pool... HE LOVES the slide.
again? T, again? again? haha
Oakly of course is just amazing as always.
he has been picking up quite a bit lately.
it's nice.
while we were watching Oaks rodeo they had a money cow.
this is for different age groups of kiddos.
nathen took landon out...

ever.
he lost his boot and nathen basically had to carry the kid every where.
that was...
until the rodeo clown got to them.... classic.
every little boy wants to be a cowboy.
fast forward a couple weeks. family reunion in lava.
bow chica wow wow.
first of all... oak has just finished up a rodeo in panguich the night we were supposed to leave.
yeah.
he got home at 3:30 am...
we left at 4 am.
we drove to lava...
we have a golf tournament every year.
we had to make it to our tee time.
and.
we kicked butt.
brennen couldn't drive it passed the ladies pins....
Thus.....
aw..... love.
best. time. ever. "floating" the river.
i first thought aw... that will be relaxing.
didn't know i would be holding on for dear life the whole time.

battle wounds... it was bomb.
after our lovely fam-damly reunion for my family.
guess what?
yeah we headed to another one. in paradise.
it was oaks fam-damly reunion that weekend as well.
the drive was amazing....
minus the part where Oakly forgot where to go....
Jet skiing?
yes.
all day?
yes.
Rope swing?
better believe it.
i had some stupid kid say i was going to break it.
i broke him.
jk.

favorites of the grand parents?
well, they remember my name now!!
haha, i love them.
then fast forward a bit... we got home, Oakly started the county fair.
and died.
then he lived again once it was over.
miracle.
then he decided to leave me again for another rodeo.
then i decided to take up something i've never really done before....
well.. kris decided to have me take up something i've never really done before...
he wanted "professional pictures" taken... by who?
ya... me...
have i ever really taken pictures before.
no.
so here is a sample of some of my "wanna-be" creative side...
did i have any idea what i was doing?
no.
did i have any cool programs on my computer to edit these?
no.
did we go at the right time of day?
no.
did landon cooperate?
hell. no.
BUT
i did have a ton of fun and really enjoyed spending time with my fam.
my dad tagged along and we got a picture together.. finally! we don't really have any.
i'm changing that.
